Please be informed that the distance from the Henri Coanda International Airport to the Rin Grand Hotel – the venue of the FESSH Congress is about 25 km.

You can book your transfer either one way – 25 euro, or round trip – 50 euro. The transfers will be made with comfortable, clean and modern cars with AC.
If you choose to book and pay for your transfer please fill in the flight details in the on line form, or send them to us at info@fessh2010.com in order for our agency to arrange your transfer in the best of conditions.

There will be a welcome desk in the airport on the 22nd, and the 23rd of June, with the congress logo, where the participants will come, say their names and receive their pre-paid vouchers.

The participant will be given a voucher, and he/she will be escorted to the car by a hostess.
Only participants that have already paid for the transfer will receive the transfer vouchers. At arrival the participant must pay for the taxi fare with the voucher given by our staff in the airport.

It is important to know that participants that do not desire to pay for their transfer prior to the congress, they cannot pay on site for the transfer to the venue, and they can only do so, for the transfer from the venue to the airport at departure by contacting the congress secretariat at registration.
We are not allowed to charge any money on the airport property; therefore participants that are not on our list of pre paid transfers will be responsible of their own transfer.
Our agency declines responsibility for transfers arranged by the participant on its own.
