How to Book a Room

Participants and accompanying persons are requested to book the hotel accommodation in advance by e-mail at info@fessh2010.com.

Please write an e-mail at info@fessh2010.com with your request, and we will send you the invoice.

Accommodation is guaranteed only after receiving the payment.

When to Book a Room

It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure your reservation. For hotel reservation please write your request at info@fessh2010.com and you will receive your confirmation after the payment. Deadline for hotel reservation is April 15th 2010, according to availability.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the prepayment covering the costs for entire stay, participants will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact the congress secretariat by e-mail at info@fessh2010.com.

Cancellation / Changes

Changes are only accepted in writing and have to be made prior 15th April 2010. A fee of 20 € per change of hotel reservation will be charged.
